We understand that when buying an inflatable product, our customers want to make sure they're covered against defects and leaks. That's why we've gone to the effort to ensure every mattress comes with a warranty, especially for those products that don't originally have one. This includes all Intex beds, which generally have no waranty at all from the manufacturer. By making your purchase through us, you can rest assured that you're covered. Everytime.

Intex does not provide a warranty on any of their products. To ensure that your purchase lasts for a long time, we have stepped in to provide you with a free 45 day extended warranty exclusively through airmattress.com. You will not find a better warranty on Intex air mattresses anywhere. This warranty guarantees that your mattress will be free from defects in both material and workmanship for 45 days from the date of purchase, provided that the mattress has been operated according to the directions in the Instruction Manual.

Aerobed - 1 Year Limited Warranty

AeroBed® products have a limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. Dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling Aerobed® products do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way change the terms and conditions of the warranty. Please refer to your product for the exact terms and conditions of the limited warranty for your purchase. The warranty included with your purchased product is your exclusive warranty.

How to Claim Your Aerobed Warranty

If your product is defective and is within your warranty period, contact Aerobed at 1-800-835-3278 (TDD 316-832-8707) in order to receive a return authorization. Do not return product to Aerobed without authorization. You will be directed to attach a tag to the product that includes your name, address, daytime telephone number and description of the problem. Include a copy of the original sales receipt. Carefully package the product and send insured by UPS, FedEx Ground or Parcel Post with shipping and insurance prepaid to:

Coleman - 1 Year Limited Warranty

Fox AirBeds 90 Day and 1 Year Limited Warranties

Fox Airbeds warrants to the original purchaser, only when the product is used for normal consumer use, and not for commercial purposes, that the product will be fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year for Signature Series Beds, or 90 days for all other products. This warranty is measured from the date of purchase, provided that the product has been operated according to the directions in the product's Instructional Manual.

Under this waranty, Fox Airbeds will repair or exchange at it's option, any part or parts which may prove defective. Please refer to your product manual for full warranty terms.

Insta-Bed - 1 Year Limited Warranty

American Recreation Products, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 (one) year. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below American Recreation Products, Inc. will, at its option, either repair or replace, free of any charge to you (including charges for shipping and handling), any part of its product(s) that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover any damage to the product that results from normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, neglect, natural disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification. This warranty give you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Serta - 2 Year Limited Warranty

American Rec warranties this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 (two) years. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below American Rec will, at its option, either repair or replace, free of any charge to you (including charges for shipping and handling), any part of its product(s) that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover any damage to the product that results from normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, neglect, natural disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
