Our committed customer service team handles returns quickly. If you need to return your item, our policy is simple. Any new and unopened item can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the item's price. Unfortunately, any shipping paid on the original order is not refundable.
We will credit you for the total item price upon our receipt of your return. Products returned under this policy are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate or as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.

We generally get back to you within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. This number will allow us to connect the returned package to you for a speedy processing time. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number.
Once you have your RMA number, simply return your product using whichever shipping provider you prefer. We recommend getting tracking information so you can confirm delivery. Make sure to include the RMA number and your name on a slip of paper inside the box so we can process your return as quickly as possible. Please note that all return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We will not reimburse any shipping expenses incurred when returning a product to our warehouse.
After your product has returned to our warehouse and we've confirmed that it is in new condition, we submit a refund for the full product price to your credit card. It may take up to 2 business days for your refund to appear in your account depending on your bank.
